Domestic Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, except for major holidays. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive.

Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on weight. 

If an expedited order is desired, a charge will be included at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping cost will be based on destination and weight. Customer is responsible for duties and custom fees associated with an order.

Return Policy  

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If however you are not, we accept and refund returned unused items. Customer covers return shipping cost.

Repairs

We don’t believe in things lasting forever. We do believe in repair and reuse. We offer repair of Blackbird items. Estimate of repair cost will be given after an evaluation of the item. Customer covers shipping cost to Blackbird.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace or refund any damaged or defective item (unused). Please reach out to us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.
